Lay Witness Mission 3/9 – 3/11, 2012
A Lay Witness Mission will be held at the First United Church in Chillicothe, IL. A team of laypersons will be coming to our church to share their faith in Christ.
Following is the schedule for the weekend.
FRIDAY, 3/9
6:00 pm Supper at Church
7:00 pm General Session; Nursery available
8:00 pm Small Group Meetings
SATURDAY, 3/10
10:00 am Coffee Group in homes for ALL Youth, Children & Nursery at Church
12:00 pm Lunch followed by Women’s and Men’s Meetings at church
1:00 pm Youth Event and Children Sessions
5:00 pm Saturday Evening Church Services
6:00 pm Potluck Dinner at church
7:00 pm General session (ALL); Nursery available
7:45 pm Small Group meetings
8:30 pm "Sanctuary Time" for prayer
SUNDAY,3/11
8:30 am Church Service
9:45 am Sunday School
11:00 am Celebration Worship Service
12:30 pm Farewell Lunch at church
2:00 pm Congregation celebration and evaluation session - time for goal setting and visioning.
